Cooking
Class offerings consist of The Herbal Pantry, Soups, Scrumptious Holiday Appetizers and Soups, Stews and Chowders. Learn new receipts for the winter months with Susan Evans our herbal and cooking expert.  

Education
Holiday Crafts from the Garden will give you delightful ideas for hand made gifts for your friends and family.  Make soothing lavender eye bags, mulling spices for wine and cider, moisturizing calendula lip balm and pts of narcissus for winter blooms.  You can create a completed and signed basic Will while taking our Willmaker Seminar.  Check out our NEW Sustainability 101 workshop and discussion group!

Languages
Lakewood offers Conversational Spanish I and II and also, “NEW” this fall we will be offering English as a Second Language I and II!

Travel
Fly, Stay and Travel Cheap!  Learn the travel secrets that can save you a bundle.  Fly within Europe for only $99.  Learn how to book a ticket for one cent.  $10 materials fee due at first class.

Writing
Whether you’ve always had a desire to write fiction or non-fiction, all it takes is an idea that is unique to you.  Learn how to develop your ideas with our It’s Never Too Late to Write class.  Or learn How to be a Travel Writer, with writer and photojournalist Ron Stern.
