AN ORDINANCE
TO REZONE LAND LOCATED AT 10025 WEST 23RD AVENUE, CITY OF LAKEWOOD, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. Upon application Stephanie Walter, representing the owner Sandra Walter, in Lakewood Zoning Case No. RZ-08-001, and upon a recommendation of approval from the Lakewood Planning Commission, Lakewood Zoning Maps are hereby amended to include in the Planned Development Zone District (PD) and to exclude from the Small Lot Residential Zone District (2-R) the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Walter Offices Official Development Plan for the above-referenced land which has been recommended for APPROVAL by the Planning Commission on July 16, 2008, is approved and accepted subject to all conditions adopted by the Planning Commission to conform to current City regulations.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to certify the within and foregoing approval and acceptance upon signing the Walter Offices Official Development Plan. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file such Walter Offices Official Development Plan with the Clerk and Recorder of Jefferson County, together with a certified copy of this ordinance attached thereto, pursuant to the effective date thereof, and upon satisfaction of the conditions for recording relating to the property described in Exhibit A.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days after final
publication.
I hereby attest and certify that the within and foregoing ordinance was introduced
and read on first reading at a regular meeting of the Lakewood City Council
on the 25th day of August, 2008; published by title in the Rocky Mountain News
and on the City of Lakewood's website, www.lakewood.org., on the 28th day of
August, 2008; set for public hearing on the 8th day of September, 2008; read,
finally passed and adopted by the City Council on the 8th day of September,
2008, and signed, and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of September, 2008.
