ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Murphy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Cabinet Room, Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
ITEM 2 - ROLL CALL
Those present were: Mayor Bob Murphy, Presiding
Adam Paul
Debbie Koop

Ed Peterson
Diana Allen
Tom Quinn

Cindy Baroway
Full and timely notice of this City Council meeting had been given and a quorum was present.
ITEM 3 - GENERAL BUSINESS
Councilwoman Allen made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing specialized details of security arrangements or investigations for matters critical to the personal safety of members of City Council, and for matters involving the protection and security of City property, as it applies to the New 911/EOC/Municipal Courts Construction per C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d) and Home Rule Charter Section 2.15(C)(6). It was seconded by Councilman Peterson.
Vote: 11 Ayes. 0 Nays. The motion carried.
ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council; Mayor Murphy adjourned the meeting at 5:32 p.m. and the City Council went into an Executive Session.
