The purpose of this meeting is to hold an Executive Session C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d) specialized details of security arrangements or investigations and Home Rule Charter Section 2.15(C)(6) for matters critical to the personal safety of members of City Council, and for matters involving the protection and security of City property, as it applies to the Democratic National Convention.
