A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH T-MOBILE WEST CORPORATION REGARDING USE OF CITY RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, wireless telecommunication service quality and availability is limited by the topography of Green Mountain; and,
WHEREAS, T-Mobile West Corporation has proposed to improve wireless telecommunication service in the Green Mountain area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and the City Clerk attest an agreement, in form approved by the City Attorney, with T-Mobile West Corporation for the purpose of installing antenna and related telecommunications equipment in City rights-of-way.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on September 24, 2007, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
