A RESOLUTION

ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD.

WHEREAS, The City of Lakewood Ordinance 2004-6 regulating concrete and asphalt plants provides for the City Council to establish, by Resolution, a License fee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The Concrete or Asphalt License Fee shall be $150.00.

SECTION 2. Upon the effectiveness of Ordinance 2004-6, this Fee shall be in full force and effect commencing May 29, 2004.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on , 2004, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
