A RESOLUTION

ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD

WHEREAS, The City of Lakewood Ordinance 2002-25 regulating crematories provides for the City Council to establish, by Resolution, an Annual Crematory License fee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lakewood, Colorado, that:

SECTION 1. The Annual Crematory License Fee shall be $125.00.

SECTION 2. The Annual Crematory License Fee shall be in full force and effect commencing September 14, 2002.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on August 12, 2002, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.
