A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD AND HUTCHINSON HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH GLADIOLA WAY AND SOUTH BEAR CREEK BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, Hutchinson Homes Homeowners Association, has requested a Revocable
License Agreement from the City of Lakewood to allow for the existing sprinkler
system and landscaping improvements and a neighborhood identification sign to
be located in an existing easement the City has across the property located
at 13963 West Warren Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to allow said use of said easement as described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, for maintenance
and replacement of a sprinkler system, landscaping and neighborhood identification
sign in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Revocable License Agreement
issued by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, a Revocable License Agreement between the City of Lakewood and Hutchinson Homes Homeowners Association, in form approved by the City Attorney, for the use described above of the City-owned easement described in Exhibit "A" hereto.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of ______ for and ______ against at a regular meeting of the City Council on June 10, 2002, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood City Hall, 480 South Allison Parkway, Civic Center South, Lakewood, Colorado.

Exhibit "A"
A parcel of land lying in the Northwest One-quarter (NW¼) of Section 30, Township 4 South, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the most northerly lot corner that is in common with Lot 3, and Lot 4, Block 237, HUTCHINSONS GREEN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE FILING NO. 42, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 74, at Page 3, of the records of the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder, said corner also lying on the southerly right-of-way line of South Gladiola Way; thence northeasterly along a northerly line of said Lot 4, said northerly line being in common with said right-of-way line and being along the arc of a platted curve, said curve being to the left and having a radius of 1,240.34 feet, a central angle of 01º09'17" (whose long chord bears N 42º00'45" E, a long chord length of 25.00 feet), an arc length of 25.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing northeasterly along said platted curve and along said northerly line along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 1,240.34 feet, a central angle of 01º31'36' (whose long chord bears N 40º40'18" E, a long chord length of 33.05 feet), an arc length of 33.05 feet, more or less, to a platted point of reverse curve; thence southeasterly along said platted reverse curve, said reverse curve being to the right and having a radius of 30.00 feet, central angle of 90º00'00" (whose long chord bears N 84º54'31" E, a long chord length of 42.43 feet), an arc length of 47.12 feet, more or less, to a platted point of tangency, said tangency lying on the southerly right-of-way line of South Bear Creek Boulevard; thence S 50º05'30" E along said last southerly right-of-way line, said last southerly right-of-way line being in common with a northerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 26.14 feet; thence S 81º48'52" W, a distance of 84.72 feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning.
The foregoing legal description was prepared by Ted Van Horn on May 20 2002, City of Lakewood, Property Management Division, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226-3127. This was based on the recorded subdivision plat of said HUTCHINSONS GREEN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE FILING NO. 42.
