A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD AND THE GREEN MOUNTAIN VISTAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, WITHIN THE SOUTH YOUNGFIELD CIRCLE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 455 AND 483 SOUTH YOUNGFIELD CIRCLE, TO ALLOW PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF TWO WATER LINES AND TWO UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE LINES
WHEREAS, the Green Mountain Vistas Homeowners Association has requested a
Revocable License Agreement from the City of Lakewood to allow placement of
two water lines and two underground drainage lines crossing land owned by the
City as a portion of South Youngfield Circle; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to allow said use of the portion of said street right-of-way
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
for installation, maintenance and replacement of two water lines and two drainage
lines in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Revocable License Agreement
issued by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado, that:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, a Revocable License Agreement between the City of Lakewood and the Green Mountain Vistas Homeowners Association, in form approved by the City Attorney, for the use described above of the City-owned street right-of-way described in Exhibit "A" hereto.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 10 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on May 13, 2002, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood City Hall, 480 South Allison Parkway, Civic Center South, Lakewood, Colorado.

Description of licensed area
Legal Description
Two parcels of land lying in GREEN MOUNTAIN VISTAS SUBDIVISION, the plat of
which is recorded in Plat Book 163, at Pages 50, 51 and 52, of the records of
the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder and further being a parcel of land lying
in the Northwest One-quarter (NW¼) Section 17, Township 4 South, Range
69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Lakewood, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado.
Parcel One
A strip of land 12.98 feet in width and running from the Southwest line of said Tract "B" to the northwesterly radius of Lot 3, Block 1, said GREEN MOUNTAIN VISTAS SUBDIVISION.
Parcel Two
A strip of land 12.98 feet in width and running from the Northeast line of said Tract "C" to the southwesterly radius of Lot 6, Block 1, said GREEN MOUNTAIN VISTAS SUBDIVISION.
The foregoing legal descriptions were prepared by Dan Corrales on 25 February
2002, City of Lakewood, Property Management Division, 480 South Allison Parkway,
Civic Center South, Lakewood, Colorado 80226-3127 on the plat of said GREEN
MOUNTAIN VISTAS SUBDIVISION.
