A RESOLUTION

AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD TO PAY VARIOUS COMPANIES FOR EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAMS

WHEREAS, the City has established certain employee benefit programs; and

WHEREAS, the City uses the services of various companies to provide these benefit programs.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Colorado that:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to approve payments to these various companies for employee benefit programs as listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

SECTION 2. The City Treasurer is authorized to make these payments in accordance with these employee benefit programs to the various companies listed on the attached.

INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED by a vote of 11 for and 0 against at a regular meeting of the City Council on April 8, 2002, at 7 o'clock p.m. at Lakewood Civic Center, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado
