ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room at the 2nd Floor of Lakewood Civic Center South, 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado.

ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION
Councilwoman Wise made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter, specifically regarding the annual review of the City Manager, pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(3)(f) and Lakewood's Home Rule City Charter Section 2.15.8. It was seconded by Councilman Elliott. Vote: 11 Ayes. 0 Nays. The motion carried.
