ITEM 1 - CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Burkholder called the meeting to order in the City Manager's Conference Room, second floor of the Lakewood Civic Center South Building at 5:30 p.m.

ITEM 3 - EXECUTIVE SESSION

Councilman Murphy made a motion to hold an Executive Session for the purpose of developing strategy for negotiations, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding the Amendment to the Belmar Redevelopment Agreement. It was seconded by Councilman Stevens. Vote: All Ayes. No Nays. The motion carried. City Council held an Executive Session at 5:40 p.m. The Executive Session ended at 6:50 p.m.

ITEM 4 - ADJOURNMENT

Mayor Burkholder adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
