The City Clerk’s Office
serves as a general information center for the public.
city clerk is the City’s election official, custodian of city records and is
secretary to the City Council. The city clerk also coordinates
City Council agendas and boards and commissions interviews, assists citizens
with the initiative and referendum process, codifies ordinances, maintains
public records, administers liquor licenses and processes passport
applications, along with other general licenses and permits.
