TAXES
The Revenue Division is responsible for the administration, collection and enforcement of the City's sales, use, hotel/motel accommodations, and business and occupations tax ordinances and regulations.
The Revenue Division office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of the following holidays:

PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FEES
A Public Improvement Fee (PIF) is a fee that developers may require their tenants to collect on sales transactions to pay for on-site improvements.
Public Improvement Fees are currently collected in Belmar, Colorado Mills, Promenade at Denver West and the Creekside Shopping Center.
