Lakewood 2015 Greenhouse Gas Inventory: The City of Lakewood measures its greenhouse gas emissions in order to identify trends and opportunities to reduce emissions.

 

Lakewood 2025: Moving Forward Together: In 2015, Lakewood updated it's comprehensive plan, setting the community vision for the next 10 years.

 

City of Lakewood 2013 Community Sustainability Framework: This framework documents the intentions of the City to be a leader in enhancing community sustainability.

 

The Colorado Local Resilience Project Report: The Rocky Mountain Climate Organization released this report, convened by Colorado Climate Network and the Colorado Municipal League. Developed with efforts from 30 local governments, including the City of Lakewood, it addresses climate change impacts and actions that government can take to assess and prepare for these risks.

Reporting & Commitments

Compact of Mayors:  In 2015, the City joined a global coalition of city leaders dedicated to reducing GHG emissions, increasing climate change resiliency and reporting progress publicly.

 

CDP: The City reports to the CDP as a way to understand and publicly share local climate change risks and opportunities.
