Sewer Maintenance
A Sewer Availability Certificate must be completed for all new buildings in the City. The certificate is available online or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Building Permits Counter at Civic Center North, 480 S. Allison Pkwy.
To apply for a new sewer service tap, contact your sewer provider. If Lakewood is your provider, call (303) 987-7500.
