Water Maintenance
A Water Service Availability Certificate must be completed for all new buildings in the city. The certificate is available online or from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday from the Building Permits Counter at Civic Center North, 480 S. Allison Pkwy.
To apply for a new water service tap, contact your water provider. If Lakewood is your provider, call (303) 987-7500.
