I am an outdoor enthusiast. I spend most of my free time mountain biking, road biking, trail running, dirt biking, hiking, jeeping, and so many other ‘ings’ that I can’t quite name them all. In the summertime I am an instructor at an adventure camp for kids in Colorado. I spend my days inspiring kids to find the adventure in extreme sports like mountain biking, canoeing kayaking, SUPing, climbing, and hiking.

Katie has worked with a wide array of clients but specializes in athletes competing in high school team sports and endurance athletes. As a former division one basketball player Katie uses her years of training as a power sport athlete and knowledge obtained through certifications to work with the high school athlete to develop strength and speed in movements specific to their sport. After college she transitioned to the world of endurance sports and started competing in triathlons and cycling races. She now coaches endurance athletes, putting together training plans for them which include strength training and conditioning.
