Warrants:

A warrant is issued when an individual fails to appear for a court hearing or appointment.

A warrant may be canceled by the individual by appearing in the marshals office during regular court hours.

When an individual is arrested by an outside Colorado law enforcement agency they are transported to the Jefferson County Jail upon completion of any cases within the arresting agency.

Failure to pay fines and fees may result in the issuance of a pay-or-serve warrant. Individuals arrested on these warrants will be held in the Jefferson County Jail until fines are paid in full or is served at $50 per day.
