Head Start is a comprehensive program which provides a preschool
experience for children and support services to families. |

Children
from low income families, or children and families with special
needs, are encouraged to apply. Day care is available in some areas
to families meeting qualifications. Children must be three, but
not yet five, before October 1 to be eligible. |
