This demanding circuit class is designed to challenge the fit participant.
Exercises will vary but will include aerobic and strength intervals with core
EARLY BIRD MIXStart your day off right! One hour of aerobics, with a combination of step, low impact or intervals. Some resistance training, abdominal training and flexibility are included.
ESSENTRICSThis one-hour, dynamic, full-body-low-impact workout will give you a perfect balance of strength and flexibility for a strong and agile body. Essentrics can help you gain strength, eliminate joint pain, improve posture, reduce back pain, improve balance, gain flexibility and, most importantly, have fun!
FIT HAPPY HOURDo you lose motivation to exercise by the end of the day? Let this class help increase your energy and endurance with a combination of aerobic techniques.
INDOOR CYCLING/LEVEL 1 This class is designed to accommodate a variety of fitness levels. Cardiovascular endurance and efficiency on a bike will be improved in this low-impact aerobic workout. Level 1 is lower intensity.
POWER DRUMSThis innovative program brings together a great workout with rhythmic drumming. Using drumsticks and a stability ball, this challenging full body workout makes you move, burns fat, improves concentration and increases energy.
POWER TRAININGYour ultimate full-body workout with a mix of cardio, core and strength work using weights and equipment will take your body to the next level and help you reach your fitness goals.
STRETCHStretching exercises will help create better circulation and skin tone, plus help reduce the risk of injury. This class includes movement, deep breathing and relaxation exercises. Loose clothing is recommended.
