SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND DUPLEXES
All single-family homes and duplexes pay $1.98 per month, or $23.76 per year, billed annually.
ALL OTHER PROPERTIES
For properties other than single-family homes and duplexes, the fee is proportional to the amount of impervious area on each property where water cannot soak into the soil, such as driveways, parking lots, rooftops, sidewalks and patios. The fee is $1.98 per month for every 2,250 square feet of impervious area.
