Triathlon is my passion. I am training for Ironman Boulder in 2014, and have the goal to eventually qualify for Kona.

About:
Kathy is a native of Colorado and has always been active in outdoor recreation. She was a long distance runner for 20 years before injuring her back. Kathy found the Pilates program to be the best form of rehabilitation. She believed so strongly in what she learned, she decided to go through the instructor certification.

 

Passion:
To help others with their bodies so that they can continue to enjoy their activities with better efficiency and without injury.

About
In 2012, Angela retired from a thirty-five year career with the Colorado Judicial Department, having been employed as a probation officer for 15 years. She has a deep appreciation for one’s over-all health, and is excited to share the many strength and health benefits afforded by Pilates.

About:
I started practicing Pilates Reformer to address lower back pain and joint issues. After a decade of Pilates practice, I began my Pilates teacher education. Overtime Pilates brings a mind-body awareness and better posture that helps all aspects of life. I want to help others manage their physical limitations while challenging them to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and mind-body awareness.
