I started practicing Pilates Reformer to address lower back pain and joint issues. After a decade of Pilates practice, I began my Pilates teacher education. Overtime Pilates brings a mind-body awareness and better posture that helps all aspects of life. I want to help others manage their physical limitations while challenging them to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and mind-body awareness.
