Warm-Water Therapy Pool
A warm water pool hosting an array of aqua fitness programs. The warm water promotes increased flexibility and mobility and is great for rehab and fitness exercises. Typical water temperature: 90 to 93 degrees. |
Fitness/Dance Room
A resilient wood floor, sound system and mirrors for fitness and dance classes. |
Family Changing Room
Features a private changing room with a shower to accommodate family/parents with small children and the physically challenged. |
Multipurpose Room
A small meeting/activity room with a sink, cabinets, TV and DVD |
Rock Climbing Wall
The 30’ wall showcases natural features with 4 top ropes and a small bouldering area. Come and climb the slab or tackle the overhang. |
Inline Hockey Rink
Free for drop-in use during non-league times. Regulation size rink great for practicing inline hockey skills or inline skating. |
