Includes free weights, circuit machines, and cardiovascular equipment (bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.)

One court with a dividing curtain for two smaller courts. Accommodates volleyball and basketball.

Indoor Pool
An aquatics complex featuring seven 50-meter and six 25-yard lap lanes. The pool includes 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards. The complex hosts a variety of programs including swimming lessons, swimming and diving teams, and a number of aquatics fitness classes. Typical water temperature: 80 to 83 degrees. |
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor facility at Carmody Recreation Center features a shallow water pool, an above ground spray park, and a large picnic area that are all great for families.There are eight 25-yard lap lanes available for use daily. The facility hosts swimming lessons throughout the summers and is open from mid-late May through mid-September each year. Typical water temperature: 79 to 85 degrees. |
Fitness/Dance Room
A resilient wood floor, sound system and mirrors for fitness and dance classes.

Family Changing Rooms
Two private changing rooms with showers to accommodate families/parents with small children and the physically challenged.

Multipurpose Rooms
Multiple classrooms accommodate aerobic classes, Pilates Reformer classes, youth activities, babysitting and meetings.
