Policies
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for all weddings and $150 for all other events.
- Payment is due at the conclusion of the event.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto or taken from the premises.
- No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto premises.
- Removal of picnic tables for $250.
- Outside equipment rental set-up and take down is the responsibility of the renter.

Dance Floor Rental: $250.
Set Up/Take Down
Picnic tables are included during rentals.
Additional tables and chairs are the responsibility of the renter.
Staff set up/take down included.
Removal of picnic tables: $250.
Outside equipment rental set up and take down is the responsibility of the renter.
Cleaning
Cleaning will be done by staff with the exception of outside rental equipment.
Confetti, glitter, rice or similar loose materials are absolutely not permitted inside or outside.
