Lakewood Tech Center

The Lakewood Technology Center (LTC) is located just north of the Denver Federal Center on approximately 300 acres within the city of Lakewood. While the LTC is comprised mainly of industrial and flex space it is bordered on the north and south by retail and office uses. Major employers include the Terumo BCT, Abengoa Solar, Primus Metals, Jefferson County, Jeffco R-1 School District and the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center.
