BID NO. 4112 The City of Lakewood, Colorado (the “City”), will receive sealed Bids for the Lakewood Heritage Center Auction Barn Walk Replacement until 2:00 PM Mountain Time on March 9, 2017, at the City Finance Department front desk, Lakewood Civic Center, South Building, at 480 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, at which time they shall be opened in the Finance Conference Room and read aloud.
Bids not prepared and filed in accordance with SECTION 00 21 00 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS may not be accepted. However, the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities, not required by law, in the bidding process or in any bids, as may be deemed by the City to be in its best interest.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The work consists of sitework demolition and concrete replacement including removal of concrete curb & gutter, pedestrian ramps and walks, brick pavers and miscellaneous removals. Construction includes limited curb & gutter, concrete walks, ramps & stairs, and minor grading. Erosion control and traffic control measures are required.
Project is to be completed within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
Bidding Documents/project specifications will be made electronically available online at no cost on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (“RMEPS”) website at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado, on or after February 17, 2017. The City cannot guarantee accurate information for specifications obtained from any source other than RMEPS.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The City of Lakewood (the “City”) and the Multiple Assembly of Purchasing Officials (“MAPO”) are requesting proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified entities for the 2017 Traffic Marking Paint cooperative agreement in accordance with the attached specifications (the “Services”). By submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP, Respondents expressly agree, if awarded the Services, to extend the pricing and other requirements of this RFP to participating MAPO agencies (the “Agency” or “Agencies”). Delivery and quantity is per Agency with detailed information provided in the Bid Proposal. Quantities are estimates and not guaranteed. The Term of the cooperative agreement (the “Agreement”) will be one (1) year with four (4) renewal options.
