2008 Edgewood Neighborhood Plan

In August of 1997, the City of Lakewood adopted the Edgewood Neighborhood Plan as an amendment to Lakewood’s Comprehensive Plan. In 2008, the Neighborhood Planning Section will be revisiting the Edgewood Neighborhood Plan to evaluate the Plan’s impact on the neighborhood over the past 10 years, and to update the Plan based on current neighborhood issues and conditions.

The Edgewood Neighborhood is defined as the area bounded by Sheridan Boulevard to the east, Wadsworth Boulevard to the west, West Colfax Avenue to the south and the City boundary to the north.
