Mission
Strategic
Planning
is
responsible
for
developing
and
implementing
the
Comprehensive
Plan
and
programs
designed
to
improve
the
quality
of
life
of
Lakewood
citizens,
strengthen
and
broaden
the
economic
base
of
the
City
and
revitalize
commercial
corridors,
districts
and
residential
neighborhoods.
The
Division
provides
demographic
information
and
analysis,
and
the
Community
Development
Block
Grant
(CDBG)
program
administration.
