PERMITS
The following
permits are available through the City Clerk's Office, Civic Center
South, 480 S. Allison Pkwy.

PARADE
PERMIT
Individuals,
organizations, or corporations that wish to have a parade must first
obtain a Parade Permit from the city. To obtain a Parade Permit,
you must complete an application form and include a map of the exact
route of the parade. A non-refundable application fee of $25 is
required along with a $5 fee for the permit. Allow 14 days for the
permit to be processed.
BLOCK
PARTY PERMIT
Persons residing
in neighborhoods requesting permission to close a street in that
neighborhood for the purpose of having a gathering of neighbors
are required to obtain a Block Party Permit from the City. To obtain
a Block Party Permit, you must complete an application form and
include a drawing and/or map showing the area where the party is
located. Also required is a statement of permission from the people
that live in the area where the block party is being held. There
is a non-refundable application fee of $25 and a permit fee of $5.
Allow 14 days for a Block Party Permit to be processed.
NOISE
PERMIT
Any person,
partnership, association or corporation desiring to use or operate
any loudspeaker, public address system, or other sound-amplifying
equipment in or from a motor vehicle for either commercial or noncommercial
purposes must first obtain a noise permit from the City.
OVERSIZE
MOVING PERMIT
An Oversize
Moving Permit is required for the movement of vehicles in excess
size or weight. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25
and a permit fee of $5.
Allow 14 days for an Oversize Moving Permit to be processed.
